By addressing the root causes of disease for each individual. It is an approach unique/individual specific patient care method (PCM) that views health and illness as part of a continuum in which all components of the human biological system interact dynamically :Gene, Environment, Lifestyle, Diet, Activity patterns, Psycho-social-spiritual factors, Stress and Emotion.  And the influences of  all of these  interactions on the human biology of an individual  Human biology is far more complex than the human genome. In fact, most
diseases are not genetically determined. It is gene expression rather than
genetic inheritance that is essential in the emergence of disease.. Functional medicine directly all of these in a very personal way. One disease/condition (e.g., obesity) may have multiple causes, just as one fundamental imbalance (e.g., inflammation) may be at the root of many seemingly disparate conditions. Functional medicines goes to the roots of the cause and addresses the condition.

With her education and experience Reina has designed her own methodology of enhancing the wellness of her clients based on #MIND_BODY_SOUL_EMOTIONS

She believes emotions effect  on all the three levels ( MIND_BODY_SOUL) and it is essential to create and sustain positive emotions in body not only for overall health but for overall success in life too because emotions touches each and every decision and choices( wrong choices costs us loss and illness) that we make and no matter how much well we eat and how much ever we exercise if we have some deep rooted negative emotions  then they will act as live bombs and come in way of our health ,happiness and success at any point, so it’s vital to handle them and covert them to positive emotions . She helps her clients deal with all  types of illnesses and teaches them techniques and suggest foods to create positive emotions via her trademarked EMO -Therapy to overcome or reverse illnesses.
